LSW/Therapist
I have been working within the Mental Health and Substance Use field for over 8 years. Within this time I have functioned in a variety of community mental health settings including Individual/Group Therapy, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Crisis Support, Case Management, and Assertive Community Treatment. I have worked with individuals from youth to the elderly, assisting them in building on skills to overcome trauma and challenges impacting their mental health. I have also supported clients with identity exploration and building on communication skills needed in the coming out process. I have a passion for helping people to identify their inner strengths and assisting them in developing the tools they need to reach their desired outcomes in their journey.

LAPC/Therapist
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I’m really passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I believe that feeling truly heard and understood can make a big difference, and it’s often where real change begins. I tend to be warm and collaborative in my approach. I often incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, including mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also offer virtual group sessions, which can be a helpful way to connect with others, practice new skills, and feel less alone in what you’re going through. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time with my fluffy cat, JuJu, and my mini dachshund, Bonnie. You can usually find us having little dance parties, doing karaoke at home, or cuddling on the couch with a good book.
